The Process:

1. Getting Started

We will discuss your objectives and how we'll go about to achieve those. During this time we'll preview the property and discuss preliminary pricing suggestions and home preparation for viewers. 

2. When you say, "Let's Do This!"

When you're ready to make the move Contact us to set a meeting, we'll sign a standard listing agreement from the Bureau of Real Estate. At this time, we will also fill out the mandatory disclosure forms required by the state of California. 

3. Determine Our Listing Price

After completing a detailed comparative market analysis, we can discuss options for setting the price of your home. Our job here is to educate you with all details and the current state of the market. Remember, pricing your home competitively will create more action from buyers and brokers. 

4. Prepare for Pictures & Showings

Let's make sure your home stands out from the rest. With incurring no to little cost, there are tips we can share with you to make your home more welcoming to potential buyers. 

5. Marketing of Your Home

This is where we shine! With the many decades in business we see the benefits of an aggressive marketing plan. We continue to market off-line as we did in the 90's and we include online campaigns of the current to create a well rounded and maximum exposure marketing plan. 

6. Communication

This is imperative for a smooth sale. We will constantly keep you updated on the progress and the traffic. As soon as we hear feedback from buyers and/or brokers, we quickly pass that to you and make the considerations. 

7. Presenting Offers

At this time we'll discuss the offers in detail. We will then accept an offer or I will negotiate on your behalf. We have a fiduciary duty to you, the home owner, and we will exceed your expectations protecting your best interests. 

8. Close of Escrow

 Congratulations! Your home is now sold, but don't worry, we're still here for you. We know how moving can sometimes be stressful. If you have any questions we're just a phone call, txt, or 1 click away.
