The Process:

1. Get Your Credit Report

Before receiving an amount you may borrow for a home, you must get your credit score which range from 300-850. Please Contact us so we can assist you in doing so with one of our trusted partners.

2. How Much Do You Want to Spend?

Although you may be approved for a certain amount, that does not mean you have to spend it all. Use our Mortgage Calculator and determine the monthly amount you are wanting to spend. If you need help with the calculations or want a more accurate answer, Contact us. 

3. Obtain Your Pre-Approval Letter

Your pre-approval letter will give you an idea of the amount you can borrow and help you narrow down your search. This letter will also assist us with step #6. It shows the seller we are serious and ready to buy. Although we can take this one step further and obtain the actual approval to make our offer that much stronger.

4. Search Our Site For Your Future Home

Create a list of the necessary things you'll be needing in a home. Bedrooms, bathrooms, garage, swimming pool, ect. Then think about where you would like to live. After you have down all the necessary information, create a custom search so you can receive the latest listings first, directly to your email inbox.

5. Preview The Property 

When you are ready to see the property physically, all you have to do is click "schedule showing" or  Contact us and we'll set everything up for you. 

6. Make an Offer

If you see the property of your dreams, make an offer! We will sit down, write up an offer together with the terms that meet your expectations and I will negotiate on your behalf. 

7. Submit Property to Your Lender

 Make sure to ask your lender all your questions and get clarification on the cost that are involved with closing on your home. We want to make sure there are no surprises along the way. 

8. Close on Your New Home 

 Congratulations! Our favorite part, handing you the keys to your brand new home!
